How it all started

Emplink was born from what later became our mission. We wanted to help people find jobs and help our clients develop their businesses by supplying them with a high quality workforce.

There is a lot of people who can do the job but they do not have the ability or time to find it. It’s exactly the same with the companies that look for the workforce. It is really that simple.

How all started

An ever-growing demand for the service helped Tomasz and Greg make a decision that materialised in August 2017. Greg’s experience and construction expert knowledge linked with Tomasz’s recruitment and managerial expertise and formed a strong base for the business. All office activities at Emplink are controlled and coordinated by our amazing Operations Manager Celina, who also leads the team of recruiters and admin operatives.

Our personal skills and ambition help us move forward and develop the business by finding new solutions add an extra ingredient to the recipe for success every day. Initially we were only supplying temp workers to construction clients, which shortly expanded to other industries like hospitality etc. We have also added new service like a permanent recruitment.

Building Emplink was all about winning new clients, delivering quality service, building management infrastructure (our own software), growing the team and expanding our operatives database. All numbers were (and still are) moving up.

In 2020 our database had over 11000 people which gave us a fantastic start to implement a new service which is delivering our own construction projects.

Emplink Projects was born. So far we have successfully completed a high number of simple and complex projects like, full flat refurbishments, building extensions, redesigning gardens etc.

We have also completed hundreds of price projects where we have delivered a single element. This includes pretty much all aspects of construction project like: painting and decorating, bricklaying, plastering, demolishing, floor laying, dot and dabbing, steel erecting, etc.

Emplink keeps evolving in every aspect of it’s activity. However we make sure our principles, mission and vision stay unchanged. We focus at quality and make one step at the time. This makes us feel like we have only just started and helps us look positive to the exciting future.
