Conduct Policy

Emplink Ltd expect all candidates to:

Work to a high standard at all times
Respect the health & safety of all site personnel as well as your own
Always wear the appropriate PPE (hard hat, hi-visibility vest, steel toe cap boots, goggles and gloves)
Take your CSCS Health & Safety card to site each day if applicable
Respect and carry out all instructions from site management
Be polite at all times and treat everyone respectfully
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
Ensure your honesty and integrity at all times
Not to take or tamper with any property that belongs to the client or any site personnel
Not to fraudulently try and claim any hours on your timesheet that you have not actually worked
Not to attend site under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs

Emplink Ltd operate a zero tolerance policy. Any candidates found in breach of Emplink Ltd conduct policy will not be used by Emplink on future contracts and in some cases may face prosecution.

Emplink send all candidates our Health & Safety rules upon commencement of each contract they undertake. This is to ensure that any changes are presented to our candidates on a regular basis so that they are aware of our expectations and their individual responsibilities in line with current legislation.
