We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our client's team, a well-established construction company operating in West London.

Location: West London (Notting Hill, Chelsea, Kensington)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 1-3 construction sites
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Upholding quality standards and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman with the General Builder background
• Valid driving license
• Residency in West London, preferably in close proximity to project sites
• Building qualifications are advantageous but not essential
