This little project in North West London consisted of: - Roof Repair - Renovation of the front facade - Windows Repair - Exchanging the gutters - Landscaping the back garden

We had the unique opportunity to develop this pretty property (which is listed on the London Architecture of unique buildings) located in cul the sac in Camden. The project consists of a garage conversion, internal remodeling, and a roof maintenance

This project is a continuatiation of work in the same building that we have completed a roof repair project. This time we are renovating a basement flat. The main aspects of the project are damp proofing, joinery, general insulation and decoration of the property

We have performed a full house refurb to this beatiful 2M property in Henley on Thames. Our works consists of: changing the layout of the top floor rooms, fitting of 2 bathrooms and wc, new electric and plumbing installation, new joinery, full house decoration

The full refurbishment of the entire house including 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen. We have also exchanged the stairwell. This is one of the projects for the client, where the entire team (from the project manager to the laborers) involved, consists of the Emplink operatives.

In this small but complex project, we were responsible for the structural stage of building the extension. Once the 1st floor was propped we have erected the steels and build the foundations.

We were involved in a number of various jobs for 2 neighbors' clients on E8 - Hackney. As well as ongoing maintenance, the jobs involved garden landscaping, building the dividing wall in the garden, redecorating interiors, repointing walls as well as various petty electrical and maintenance tasks.

Assisting the private client with building the extension and refurbishing the bathroom. Another example of the project, where the entire team involved were Emplink'ss operatives.

At this project for the commercial client, we were responsible for delivering the carpentry element of the project
